Who'd have thought it? I admit, even I wasn't sure we could get that much, but you guys are so amazingly generous. I love you all, for realises. ♥

Thank you to our wonderful donators, our brilliant mod [info]starlady42 for donating $500 of her own money, everyone who tweeted and pimped and forced their family and their dog to get out their credit cards. And thanks to the amazing celebrities who tweeted about us, Zachary Quinto (STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT), Tyler Shields, Simon Pegg, Neil Gaiman, Wendi Lynn (Zach's/Heroes make-up artists) etc, etc.

This just shows what we can do, en masse. This just shows what a GQMF community this is. I am so proud of you all, as Star Trek fans, as human beings. This is more than a community; it's a freaking humanitarian armada.

You guys have never made me prouder.

Let's rock 2010, and when Project Enterprise gets up and running (if we want to build out well, it's gonna cost us £18,000 or $30,000, nearly double what we raised here) I now truly believe that if we can raise $15k in two days, $30k should be a bloody breeze.
