Two items

1) I saw Transformers 2 today. Not a good movie, but I liked the pretty robots/smoke/sand a lot. Same writers as New!Star Trek, but hey, you've got to make more money somehow. Anyways, I counted the lensflares as best I could, which was a bit hard given all the metal moving parts. But I quickly adjusted, and added a few to the count here and there when I wasn't sure.

LENSFLARE COUNT: 461 (up until Shia LeBeouf's name shows up in the credits, because they use a metal lensflare font for the names)

2) Did anyone see the Fox failed pilot TV movie Virtuality last night?
two Star Trek connections- it was often described as the "holodeck malfunction series" on the blogs I saw, and the leader of the ship is named Commander Pike.

makes me think of what holodeck malfunctions the New Crew would face in any sequels. Nothing to form the basis of an entire movie, but just one scene would be nice.
