Hello Sexy Obi-Wan (iconziconz)

Voting for the awards that will be presented "on air" by our lovely presenters is finished! But did you think we would stop there? No way we're only sending twenty-five paper trophies to Paramount :D

Round Two for voting on the categories that will be announced "on air" but not presented (does that make any sense? It's like reading out the list of awards that no one actually cares about at the Oscars, except our awards are EFFING AMAZING so y'all better tune in :DDDDD) has officially begun!! Your endlessly awesome leader ohcaitlynne and I, your humble sparkly minion, have put together a veritable geek fest for you to vote on! Each category is more epic than the last, so GO VOTE PEOPLE!!!

Scotty and his whiskey thank you for your time <333333333333333

Just in case you missed the half-dozen links above GO VOTE NOW <333333333

For the LOLZ

So I recently received a book from a friend of mine titled "How to tell if your boyfriend is the Antichrist (and if he is, should you break up with him?)" Which is a rather hilarious guide to dating and the pros and cons of the various kinds of men you might encounter.

examples include:

Actually twins

A robot

Suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder

An insufferable bore

AND (dun dun dun)

A Trekkie! (yeah I know, but what do you expect, the woman who wrote it isn't a star trek fan.)

PGA... No, the OTHER PGA

JJ attended the Producers Guild Awards over the weekend where he and Damon Lindelof were up for the big prize for their work on Star Trek. “The Hurt Locker” ulitmately took the top honor, but like so many other awards, it was amazing Star Trek was in contention.

Producer J.J. Abrams arrives at the 2010 Producers Guild Awards held at Hollywood Palladium on January 24, 2010 in Hollywood, California.

Why you always so happy, gurl? It gratifies me.

What's the first thing you think of...

...when you see this?

Drill that destroyed Vulcan? Anyone?

I found this card while babysitting a neighbor, in his bedroom. It kind of struck me as the drill that hit Vulcan, from the Narada. (See it? Red planet, with the flat drill?) Obliviously, after laughing like a lunatic, I took a picture of it with my phone, and then found a better copy of the card online.

Seriously. I know Yu-gi-oh was out waaaaaaaaaay before Abraham's XI, but still, the irony slays me. Have you ever found something that sort of clicked in your brain, and it was like, BING! "Star Trek! OMG!"
